VoiceWarp is a Discord bot that automatically creates temporary voice channels when users join a designated channel. The bot includes:
- Automatic creation and deletion of temporary voice channels
- Custom channel name options
- Server configuration settings
- Premium features for subscribers (via Whop)
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VoiceWarp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of VoiceWarp, you agree to:
- Not use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Not attempt to circumvent any technical measures we have in place
- Not use the Service to distribute malware or harm others
- Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your Discord account
5. Payment and Premium Features
Premium features are sold through Whop. We do not directly handle payment information. By subscribing to premium features:
- You agree to Whop's terms of service
- Payments are processed securely by Whop
- We do not store or handle your payment details
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through Whop
6. Data Collection and Use
We collect the following data:
- Email address - For account authentication and communication
- Discord user ID - For identifying your account
- Server settings - Your configured bot settings per Discord server
- Custom channel names - Any custom names you configure for your servers

7. Service Availability
We strive to keep VoiceWarp running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
8. Termination

VoiceWarp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
