VoiceWarp ("we", "our", or "the Service") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Discord bot service.
VoiceWarp is a Custom Code product registered in the Netherlands under KKV number 88626938.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following types of data:
2.1 Account Data
- Email address - Used for account authentication and important service communications
- Discord user ID - Used to identify your account and associate your configurations
2.2 Server Configuration Data
For each Discord server where VoiceWarp is installed, we store:
- Server ID and name - To identify your server
- Bot settings - Channel preferences, limits, and configurations you set
- Custom channel names - Any custom names you configure for voice channels
- Member-specific messages - Custom join messages for specific users (if configured)
2.3 Temporary Channel Data
We track active temporary voice channels, including the channel ID, owner ID, and last activity time. This data is used to automatically delete empty channels and enforce channel limits.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do NOT collect or store voice chat content or transcripts
- We do NOT collect payment information (all payments are handled by Whop)
- We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties
- We do NOT track your activity across other websites or services
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and operate the VoiceWarp service
- Authenticate your account and manage access
- Store your server configurations and preferences
- Create and manage temporary voice channels
- Communicate with you about service updates or issues
- Process premium subscriptions (through Whop)
5. Payment Processing
VoiceWarp uses Whop for all payment processing. We do NOT handle, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card details, bank information, etc.).
All transactions are securely processed by Whop under their own privacy policy and terms of service.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in PostgreSQL databases hosted on Supabase. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service. When you delete your account or remove VoiceWarp from a server, related configuration data is deleted. Temporary channel data is deleted when channels are deleted.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR and other data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access - Request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification - Request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure - Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability - Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection - Object to processing of your personal data

9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it.
10. International Data Transfers
VoiceWarp operates from the Netherlands. Your data may be processed and stored on servers located in the European Union. We ensure that any international transfers of data comply with GDPR requirements.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our Discord community.
